about
Hello. My name is Robert Moon. I recently graduated from NYU’s Interactive Telecommunications graduate program, during which I designed and developed various interactive projects. Recently I have been exploring and experimenting narrative storytelling in interaction design. For my thesis, I spent the better part of a year researching conversations patterns (both phone and in person). Inspired from the research of conversation analysis, I developed a mobile conversation game, to encourage people to start random conversations. Callers are randomly connected to share in a brief and anonymous conversation, and scored on three “good” conversation characteristics. I have also worked in different aspects of broadcast/commerical production where I have shot, edited and animated web/television broadcast content. Currently, I am working on real-time location based mobile applications. Just as I update my life day by day, I plan to update my website, so be sure to visit back to see what’s new.
